Bendigo Sound Healing Meditation | Lighter Hearted

Lighten the load with guided rest and relaxation.

This soothing sound healing meditation with certified sound therapist, Nat Dowling, will support you to let go of tension and heaviness.

It's a tune up for tired and wired humans who want to recharge their batteries and nourish the heart.

We'll warm up using the body as an instrument to offer sound before you lie down to receive from gongs, singing bowls, drum, chimes and more.

Fortnightly sessions on Saturday afternoons and Tuesday evenings.
